When you join us:  You join us for a career and not just a job. There are four career tracks and four grades within Quosphere. Tracks are Delivery/Project Management, Technical Specialist, Channel and Corporate. Grades are Individual Contributor, Supervisory, Strategic and Leadership.

While one can grow vertically in grades through continued good performance; one has the option to pursue aspirations within a different function through lateral movements within career tracks. This is possible through internal job movements for openings which are published via people team and employees meeting pre-selection criteria as required for the published role. We try and fill a vacancy internally first, before hiring from outside.

Freshers can start their career with us in Trainee Program. At Quosphere, we hire for every grade.

Trainee Intake and Absorption Process: We conduct batch interviews of potential trainee position applicants at our headquarters and they are hired through a written technical test, followed by group discussion and personal interview. Selected trainees post these three rounds are given a Letter of Intent for 3 months as a trainee. The training period is split into technical training and communication and the trainees are taken through various assessments. On successful completion of training program, a trainee is given an offer letter with Quosphere.
